We’re excited to welcome Megan to the Pediatric Neuromodulation Lab as a new Postdoctoral Research Associate.

Megan joins us from Richmond, Virginia, where she has lived her whole life. Megan received her undergraduate degree at Christopher Newport University and her PhD in Translational Biology, Medicine, and Health at Virginia Tech in 2026.  

In the lab, Megan will primarily work on the Baby Brain Recovery Study, including MRI and connectivity testing. Megan will also help with assessments for our new NeuroMod study! Using neuroimaging and neuromodulation, Megan is excited to understand the developing brain after an early injury. Megan is excited to work on the PNL team and is looking forward to making a meaningful difference for children with brain injuries and helping train the next generation of scientists along the way.
