Congratulations to our lab members for Summer Research Program Awards!
Undergraduate Student Research Scholar Alina Grimaldo has been selected for the UW-Madison Summer 2022 LASER Scholars Program! The LASER Scholar Program is a College of Letters & Science sponsored 8-week residential summer research experience program. The support of this program allows Alina to continue her work in our lab to aid in recruitment, community engagement, data collection, and data analysis.
Medical Students Rodrigo De La Torre’s and Marissa Galli’s proposals have been accepted for the 9-10 week UW-Madison School of Public Health and Medicine Shapiro Research Program!
The Shapiro Research Program allows for an involved summer research fellowship with research lab involvement, lectures, book clubs, and writing groups. Marissa will be working on recruitment, brain imaging data collection, and data analysis. Rodrigo will be working on brain connectivity data collection, data analysis, and programming. They will be presenting their progress and work at the 21st Annual Medical Student Research Forum. We look forward to their involvement in our Research this summer in this manner!
