About me: I am an undergraduate student at the University of Wisconsin Madison; majoring in Biology on the pre-medicine route, with a certification in Asian American Studies. My goal is to attend medical school and successfully earn a Doctor of Medicine degree, potentially to specialize in pediatrics. I love working with children and honored to be given the opportunity to
positively impact their lives. When I am in my hometown of Green Bay, I value spending time with my family and friends.

What motivates me: I am motivated by research that can lead to successful outcomes that benefit children’s well-being. Children possess an ability to find joy and approach each day with
excitement; their ability to find happiness has inspired me to adopt a similar mindset and embrace a more optimistic approach to life. The opportunity to be a part of their positivity and
growth is rewarding and motivating. Children’s specialized care drives my motivation to want to be involved in a pediatric focused research study. Children hold great potential, and I am grateful to contribute to their advancements and growth.
