Congratulations to Rodrigo De La Torre for becoming a recipient of the 2023 MOLA-Michael Reese Foundation Scholars Program.
MOLA- The Medical Organization for Latino Advancement is a “non-profit association of Hispanic/Latino physicians and health professionals working for career advancement, linguistic and cultural competency, personal wellness, and health equity for the good of the entire Hispanic/Latino community.”
With this scholarship Rodrigo will take part in a yearlong program where he will be mentored by a MOLA physician to carry out a research project from March to October of this year. He will have the opportunity to present at the MOLA Latino Health Symposium in fall 2023.
